🚀 Launching our new AI Radar
The who-does-what for AI
Dear AI friends,
Today, I’m excited to share a preview of something we’ve been working on in the past two months: the AI Radar.
Many AI initiatives fail not because the technology falls short, but because teams start with the wrong business problem. Discovery and prioritization are therefore critical steps, yet they are often shaped by overblown marketing and internal assumptions. What’s often missing is a structured and credible benchmark of which AI use cases actually exist, how mature they are, and where they have been shown to work in practice.
The AI Radar is designed to fill this gap.
It is a discovery and decision-support tool that helps teams make sense of the AI use case landscape before committing to concrete initiatives. Instead of starting from hype or assumptions, it supports clearer, evidence-driven thinking and more informed prioritization early on.
In its current preview version, it allows you to:
explore a structured catalog of AI use cases across business functions and industries
review concise use case profiles with real-world case studies, existing solutions, and implementation considerations
compare use cases based on popularity, maturity, and other criteria
This is an early release by design. The core structure is in place, and many capabilities will evolve over the coming months. Longer term, our ambition is to grow into a broader radar of the AI landscape - including technologies, regulatory developments, and financial market signals - shaped together with practitioners.
If you’re working on AI strategy, innovation, or prioritization, I’d love for you to explore the preview and share your feedback.
Best,
Janna
